There are several tools and applications that allow you to automatically flow your tweets into the status update on your Facebook profile. But having all of your tweets flow through to Facebook can be a problem if you do a lot of tweeting. Your Facebook friends may get tired of seeing all of those messages in their Facebook newsfeed, and those who aren't on Twitter may find it confusing.
Several applications allow you to select which tweets flow into Facebook. I'm currently using one called Selective Tweets. Just add this application to your Facebook profile or page and then add the hastag #fb at the end of any tweet that you want to appear on Facebook.

Here's the really cool thing: when you use this application it creates a link on your Facebook status update to allow people to follow you on Twitter. Check it out:
Another nice feature is that Selective Twitter works with both profiles and fan pages on Facebook. The disadvantage is that you have to remember to add the #fb to your tweets and it takes up three of your precious 140 characters.

Thanks Ron. SocialOomph (formerly known as TweetLater) is a great tool for pre-scheduling tweets and for automatically following people who follow you.
